1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SwingPath (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity under your account except where caused by our breach.
4. Calendar integrations
If you choose to connect a third-party calendar provider (such as Google Calendar), you authorize SwingPath to access your provider account according to the permissions shown during authorization. We use that access only to provide user-facing features you enable, such as creating, updating, and deleting lesson events.
You can disconnect calendar integrations from within SwingPath settings. You can also revoke access from your provider’s security settings.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including scraping or abuse of rate limits).
- Upload malware or malicious code.
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
6. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). You grant SwingPath a limited license to host, process, and display User Content to provide the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit User Content.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWINGPATH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWINGPATH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice if changes are material.
